In the field of Tax-related issues, our Firm focuses in two main aspects. One is the legal advising and designing of a tax corporation policy and structure in every client business activity. This advising consist in the development and execution of fiscal structures for every type of company and corporation in Guatemala, including the development of real estate projects and constitution of foreign branches and companies.

The other aspect, in which we have developed an extensive experience, is the administrative and judicial defense against findings, fines, and arbitrary acts filed by the Superintendency of Tax Administration in Guatemala against our clients, including, the file of constitutional proceedings (Amparo) and Unconstitutionalism before fiscal regulations that violate the Political Constitution of Guatemala.
